About the site

This site presents the Studio, our services (systems and SaaS, project rescue, apps, websites and landing pages, ongoing evolution and SEO and GEO), our method, case studies and News Responsivo, our blog.

Access is free and requires no signup. We may change, pause or take down any part of the site at any time, without notice.

Permitted use

You may browse, read, share links and contact us. You may not:

Use the site for illegal purposes or in ways that violate the rights of others.
Submit false or offensive content, spam or other people's data without authorization through the forms.
Try to access restricted areas, the server or other users' data.
Overload the site with automated traffic at a volume that disrupts how it works.
Copy the entire site, or significant parts of it, to publish as your own.

Intellectual property

The text, News Responsivo articles, images, trademarks, logo, layout and code of this site belong to Studio Responsivo or its licensors, and are protected by Brazil's Copyright Law (Law No. 9,610/1998) and Industrial Property Law (Law No. 9,279/1996).

Citations are welcome. You may quote excerpts from the site and News Responsivo, as long as you credit the source ("Studio Responsivo") and link to the original page. This also applies to search engines and generative AI such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini, which may read, summarize and cite our content with attribution and a link.

You may not republish entire articles, sell our content or use the Studio Responsivo brand in a way that suggests a partnership or endorsement that doesn't exist.

Third-party content and links

News Responsivo articles cite and link to outside sources. Brands and content cited belong to their owners.

We don't control third-party sites and aren't responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. When you click an external link, that site's terms apply.

The site isn't a sales proposal

What's on the site is there to help you get to know the Studio. It isn't an offer, a quote or a sales proposal.

A project's price and timeline are only set after discovery and are written into a proposal and contract signed by both parties. Timelines mentioned in case studies are facts about those projects, not a promise for yours.

News Responsivo articles are for information only. They aren't legal, accounting or financial advice. Before deciding, review your situation with someone qualified to assess it.

Forms and communications

By submitting the contact form, you confirm the information is true and that you're allowed to share it. Submitting the form doesn't create a contract or bind either party.

We reply to the email you provide. By subscribing to the newsletter, you agree to receive our emails and can unsubscribe anytime.

Don't send passwords, login details, trade secrets or confidential information through the form. If needed, we'll agree on a secure channel and, when it makes sense, a confidentiality agreement.

Data you submit is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

We work to keep the site up and the information accurate and current. Even so, the site is provided as is and may contain errors, go offline or include outdated information.

To the extent permitted by law, the Studio isn't liable for damages caused by site unavailability, decisions made solely based on published content, content on third-party sites or use of the site in breach of these terms.

Nothing in these terms limits rights the law guarantees you that can't be waived by contract.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The date of the last update is at the top of the page. If you keep using the site after a change, we take that as acceptance of the new version.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.

The courts of Fortaleza, Ceará, are chosen to settle any matter regarding these terms, except where the law gives you the right to use the courts where you live.
