Principles
- A live product beats a pretty prototype. Always. Prototypes don't bill. You see it running early, not just Figma.
- Price and date before the contract, never after. Discovery locks in price, scope and date before you sign.
- When we're not the right team, we say so. If a freelancer or no-code would do better, you'll hear it in the first conversation.
A prototype doesn't make money, doesn't get users and doesn't show where the product breaks. That's why we work in short cycles: you see the system running early, not just the Figma file.
Discovery exists to lock in the price before you sign. What's in, what's out and the date are written into the contract.
Sometimes a freelancer, a no-code tool or your own team is the better fit. If that's the case, you'll hear it in the first conversation.

In practice
How we work
One team
design, code and AI together, with our in-house dev team, from discovery to launch.
Figma and Claude Code
for design and build. AI guided by design and engineering judgment, not templates.
AI agent
in every system delivered, running daily to flag failures and improvements.
In your name
code, files and access stay in your company's name.

Money and decisions6 minOwn delivery app or iFood: when to build yours
An own delivery app pays off when you already have repeat customers and marketplace commission is eating your margin: on iFood it runs 12% to 23% per order, plus 3.2% when payment goes through the app. If you still need to be discovered, the marketplace is still your storefront. The most common path is to use both: iFood brings new customers and your own app keeps the ones who order again.

Money and decisions6 minSoftware development contracts: what must be in writing
A software development contract needs to state what will be delivered, by what date, at what price, and how acceptance is measured. It also needs to make clear that the code, files, and accounts are yours, how scope changes work, the warranty after delivery, the data protection rules, and how to exit the contract with everything in hand.

Money and decisions6 minWebsite maintenance cost per month in 2026
A website's monthly maintenance cost depends on three things: the platform it was built on, how many plugins and integrations it uses, and what needs updating during the year. Add the fixed bills, like hosting and domain, to the hours of work to update, back up, and fix. Ask for that amount in writing, with what's included and what's not.
