The problem
Technical docs scattered across five tools.
StackBase centralizes a dev team's technical documentation, which tends to be scattered across wikis, repos and messages.
The team's technical docs in one place, instead of wikis, repos and messages.
Before launch, it needed to validate the idea with a developer waitlist, an audience that distrusts marketing.

The landing page on a laptop.
The solution
What we did
We designed a straightforward landing page that looks like a tool: monospace type, green and the product showing right at the top.
The copy speaks developers' language and joining the waitlist takes a single field.
Decisions
The 3 key decisions
What we decided before designing, and why.
Product before promises
The interface shows above the fold. Devs want to see before they read.
One field to join the waitlist
Just the email. Everything else can wait.
Terminal aesthetic
Mono and green to feel familiar to people who spend all day in an editor.
Project
The result

01 The top of the page.

02 The full page.
