Studio Responsivo was founded in 2014 in Fortaleza and has delivered more than 600 projects for clients in 13 countries. Two case study timelines: LCX went live in 29 days and AI Vou Eu in 4 weeks. This series will publish these numbers regularly, including where our clients come from.

- 600+
- projects by Studio Responsivo since 2014
- 13
- countries with Studio clients
- 29 days
- to launch LCX's single system
Studios love adjectives. Agile, experienced, results-driven. A founder deciding where to send their money can't do anything with that. They need numbers.
The inspiration for this series came from a format that works: milestone posts from Tally, the form builder. In April 2026, Marie Martens published The road from $4M to $5M ARR, sharing publicly how the company reached US$5 million in annual recurring revenue. I decided to do the same with the Studio.
What Tally shows when it opens its numbers
Tally's post is a good model because it shows revenue, team, channels and what went wrong, without polish. Some data points:
- Annual recurring revenue passed US$5 million, up from US$4 million in October 2025.
- Monthly revenue reached US$422k in April 2026.
- The team is 11 people, at a five-year-old company with no outside funding.
- 2% of free users upgrade to the paid plan.
- NPS is at 66, with a goal above 70.
The data point that struck me most was acquisition. According to Martens, AI search became Tally's largest acquisition channel, ahead of word of mouth and the “Made with Tally” badge. The post cites ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Google's AI answers as sources of users.
One line from the post sums up the spirit: “The things that compound are boring.”

Why we're opening our numbers
Three reasons:
- Trust. The biggest fear when hiring a studio is paying and never seeing a live product. A public number is a public commitment.
- Comparison. If you're choosing between vendors, you deserve to compare data, not pitch decks.
- Discipline. Publishing numbers regularly forces us to measure properly. Anything not measured doesn't go here.
Studio Responsivo by the numbers: the first edition
These are the numbers I can stand behind today:
- Founded: 2014, in Fortaleza.
- Projects: more than 600.
- Countries: clients in 13 countries.
- Languages: we work in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
- Case study timeline, LCX: LCX, a travel company operating in more than 10 South American countries, had one system per country. It became a single system, live in 29 days.
- Case study timeline, AI Vou Eu: AI Vou Eu, an AI travel SaaS, went live in 4 weeks with the Studio.
Some numbers aren't ready to publish yet, and I'd rather not make them up. They're coming in future editions: projects by type (systems and SaaS, apps, websites, rescues), the list of 13 countries, average timeline by project type and the percentage of deadlines met.
Where our clients come from
This is the part I most want to track, because of Tally's data. If AI search became the biggest channel for a forms product, the same shift will likely reach services. A founder who asks an AI assistant “who launches a SaaS at a fixed price in Brazil?” will get names. The question is whether ours will be there.
Lead source by channel (referrals, Google search, AI search, Instagram, LinkedIn) will come in an upcoming edition, with the measurement period stated.
News Responsivo follows the same logic: every article opens with a short answer, cites dated sources and includes FAQs. It's the format that makes it easier for people and AI to find and cite what we write, the same one we recommend to show up in ChatGPT.
What's coming in future editions
The series will come out regularly. Each edition repeats the fixed numbers, updates what changed and adds a topic:
- Lead source by channel, compared across periods.
- Time from discovery to contract.
- What the AI agent that ships with each system found in production systems. Every system we deliver has an agent that runs daily, flags failures, suggests improvements and checks that the data makes sense.
What this means for you
If you're choosing a studio, ask for the numbers and bring the right questions to ask before hiring a studio. Projects shipped, case study timelines, how many projects the team takes on at once, where clients come from. Anyone who doesn't have these numbers, or won't show them, is asking you to trust adjectives.
And if you have a product, consider publishing yours. Tally shows that transparency is an acquisition channel too.
How we do it at the Studio
The price is fixed after discovery. The deadline is written into the contract. We use Claude Code and Figma for design and build. And the numbers in this series will keep coming, edition after edition.
If you want your SaaS to become one of the next numbers on this list, our SaaS development service starts with discovery.
Common questions
Why would a studio publish its own numbers?
Because buyers need data to decide, and adjectives aren't data. Public numbers also hold us to what we promise.
Where do clients come from?
We'll publish that in upcoming editions of the series, broken down by channel, with verified numbers, not estimates.
Do the case study timelines apply to every project?
No. Each timeline comes from that project's discovery and is written into the contract. Case study timelines show what we've delivered, not a generic promise.
